Winter reminds me of the challenges that I have with the circulation in my extremities. My hands and feet always take the longest to warm up if they do at all. That's why I increase the time I spend on my longevity routine for my hands and feet during these colder winter months. It just takes a few minutes a day and you will notice the results relatively quickly. It also helps to alleviate the effects of typing on a computer all day.
This routine takes just a few minutes and will leave your hands feeling much healthier.
