Your First Step Into Martial Arts

The Intro to Martial Arts Experience is designed to give complete beginners a chance to experience martial arts for themselves. Over two hours, you'll be introduced to fundamental movement, striking, kicking, breathing, partner work, and practical applications in a structured and supportive training environment.

The goal isn't to expect you to know whether martial arts is right for you before you begin. It's to give you a comprehensive first experience so you can make that decision for yourself.

Upon completion, you'll earn your 9th Gup White Belt in Jae Nam Tang Soo Do—recognizing the training you've completed and giving you a starting point if you choose to continue.
