Jae Nam Training Academy utilizes the Korean martial art, Tang Soo Do to help students reach their full potential. We separate our classes by age to provide the best learning experience for each student. No matter what age our classes promote learning through exploration, scrutiny, and self-reflection. Our classes combine hands-on experience with knowledge-based teaching.

All of our instructors are fully trained to provide the best experience while guiding students through their martial arts journey.

Tang Soo Do (Karate)

Ki gong can harmonize, strengthen, and have a healing effect on the functioning of all the internal organs and bodily systems. It increases the supply and flow of energy throughout the body, can have a variety of rejuvenating effects and is believed to increase longevity, and it induces calm mental and emotional states.
