Cancellation Policy

**Jae Nam Training Academy – Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy** At Jae Nam Training Academy, we value your time, our instructors’ time, and the overall experience of all participants. The following policy ensures that we maintain fairness, professionalism, and respect for everyone’s schedule. **Booking and Payments:** All sessions — including classes, events, seminars, and private appointments — must be booked in advance through our online system. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. **Cancellations and Rescheduling:** We understand that life happens. You may cancel or reschedule your booking through your account up to **one hour before the scheduled start time** without penalty. * **Cancellations made less than one hour before start time** are considered late and will not be refunded. * **No-shows** (failure to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of the session. * If you need to **reschedule**, please do so as early as possible to allow others to take your spot. **Late Arrivals:** Please arrive on time. If you arrive late: * Your session will end at the originally scheduled time. * If you are more than **15 minutes late without notifying us**, your session will be considered a no-show and may be canceled at the instructor’s discretion. **Why This Policy Matters:** This policy is in place to respect the time of all students, instructors, and staff. Late cancellations and no-shows take valuable time away from others and prevent efficient scheduling. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
