Modern life creates constant pressure on both the body and the mind. Over time, that pressure builds into physical tension, shallow breathing, and a feeling of being constantly “on.”
This workshop introduces a simple, practical approach to releasing that accumulated tension through breath-led movement.
During this 90-minute session, participants will learn a short sequence designed to calm the nervous system, improve body awareness, and gently release areas where stress tends to collect.
The routine is designed to be simple enough to repeat daily and requires no previous experience with martial arts, fitness, or Ki Gong practice.
The goal is not complexity — it’s giving you a tool you can actually use.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a repeatable routine that can be practiced in as little as 8–12 minutes a day.
